So, TVN just released Kamen Rider War, and it features the Showa Ending. Regardless of anyone’s feelings on TVN, this is for now the only way we’re gonna get the Showa Ending subbed.
I think it says something when your AU movie about soccer has more of an accurate response to Inves attacking the world than the actual canon. Instead of sneaking around and trying to hide it from everyone. You could have prepared. You would have much less panicky people. More detailed plans of escape routes. An army ready to fight with high powered fruit mech and suits. But nope. We got to be shady as all fuck. Our big brother Smart Brain said so.
The summer movies are going back to being AUs? This is news to me.
Gaim’s is at least. I guess you can call it another “homage” to early Heisei.
According to reviews, it’s less AU and more like last year: Kouta gets dropped into a paralel world and has no idea what’s going on.
Reblog or like if you’re going to the Welcome To Night Vale live show in Paris!
(As I was buying my tickets for the Paris live show, I realized that I had absolutely no idea how important the WTNV french fandom was.. I guess pretty much all of us are on tumblr, so if you could reblog or just…

Oh goodness, even the puppet is in on this!
Is no one going to talk about Tokatti
I’m waiting for better quality so I can see just how murderously sharp his eyeliner wings are before I make final judgments, but generally I approve.
But why is no one talking about the Conductor dressed as the Riddler though
There’s been a minor meme going around Tumblr along the lines of “hey, wouldn’t be cool/funny if Steve Rogers was able to lift Thor’s hammer?”
Kids, it’s actual comic book canon. As Mike Sterling helpfully explains:
Captain America proves that he is worthy enough to lift Thor’s hammer, from Thor #390 (April 1988) by Tom DeFalco, Ron Frenz, and Brett Breeding. This was from a period in Captain America’s history when he had resigned his usual superhero identity and became “The Captain,” independent of any government agency, in case you were wondering what was up with the costume.
So off you go to eBay, young’uns.
